Hilltop Ranch, Inc. was founded in 1980 by David and Christine Long. Today, Hilltop is one of the largest privately owned processors of almonds, handling more than 25,000 tons annually and shipping to buyers in over 65 countries.

Hilltop’s almond handling operations are integrated – hulling, shelling, cleaning, grading, sorting, sizing, processing and shipping. A new processing plant was built in 2002 and expanded with a Phase II facility completed in 2006.

Products include whole natural almonds, manufactured grades, and in-shell almonds. Goods are packed to order, and shipped in cartons, bins, bags, or 1-ton big bags. Customers are supported with technical information, market news, samples, and other assistance. At Hilltop, it is our job to know our customers’ product specifications, and to provide timely shipment and accurate documentation.

Export customers are served with direct shipment from USA ports, or in some cases, through exclusive distributors or select bonded warehouses in Europe.
