The Almond Board of California
The Almond Board of California administers a grower-enacted Federal Marketing Order under the supervision of the United States Department of Agriculture. Federal Marketing Orders, which have quasi-governmental status, are used by many commodity groups as a means of combining their financial resources in pursuit of common interests of the industry.
Hilltop Ranch is pleased to report that three members of the Hilltop Ranch team serve on committees of the Almond Board of California, and that Christine Long is Chair of the Board in 2008.
